I like the texture and feel of this serum. It didn’t irritate or do anything funky to my skin either. If you’re just getting into serums I would recommend this one or Lotus Moon’s hydrating B Vitamin serum.
HAN Skin Care Cosmetics • Eyeshadow, Taupey Plum • ★★★★
Description: This 100% natural rice powder based eyeshadow is made with anti-aging ingredients, plant-derived colors and natural pigments with antioxidants to deliver nutrient dense color with skin care benefits. Aside from using clean ingredients, HAN preserves their products by using a proprietary system of Vitamin E and Grapefruit Seed Extract.
I love brown earthy natural toned eyeshadows. Win! It has a light shimmer that’s perfect for everyday natural looks. Though I’m sure you can build it out for a dramatic neutral-shade smoky eye too.
Christy Organics • Natural Perfume, Trance • ★★★★
Value, $5.25 (full-size, $65)
Description: Trance’s seductive scent speaks of both desire and fulfillment. The intoxicating nature of this perfume comes from the divine mixture of Jasmine, and sweet Bergamot, enticing all into a timeless and alluring fantasy. The delicate and erotic Ylang Ylang however, is reminiscent of the forbidden garden, embracing one in a floral and passionate paradise. // HOW TO USE: To use a Christy Organics perfume, shake, then apply to pulse points such as the inside of wrists, behind your ears, on your neck and sternum (avoiding face and eye areas). You may also apply to the ends of your hair (keeping hair away from face and eye areas). The heat of your skin will activate the natural aromatics and plant concentrates, releasing a uniquely captivating scent while the organic jojoba oil melts into your skin.
I really liked this perfume and I’m pretty sad it’s already gone. They are an Australian based company, but you can select from 5 common currencies on the top right-hand side of their site.
Available at Christy Organics
Graydon • Hair Smoothie • ★★★
Value, $2.50 (full-size, $25)
Description: Bursting with nutrient-rich ingredients, a little pump of this Hair Smoothie will quickly condition and detangle the finest of hair and most sensitive of scalps. Nourish your lovely locks with phyto-nutrient ingredients including broccoli seed oil while you infuse your scalp with essential oils of parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme that stimulate healthy hair growth. // HOW TO USE: For fine hair, apply after shampooing and rinse out directly after applying. For normal to thick hair, apply all over your scalp and hair. If you have the time, leave it on for a few minutes.
I’m honestly not sure how I feel about this product. It wasn’t really enough to cover my hair and therefore I’m not sure I can accurately state whether it ‘worked’ or not. It certainly didn’t make my hair worse or anything like that. Have you tried this one? What did you think?
// Overall value, $39.75 • Actual cost, $15 //
