Vanilla Bean Glaze
This is perfect for glazing homemade doughnuts, cookies, cakes, or even breads.
- 1 tablespoon whipped Earth Balance Butter or coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean powder
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar (confectioner's sugar)
- In a small sauce pan, melt Earth Balance on low-medium heat. Next add almond milk, vanilla bean powder and powdered sugar, whisking until combined. Leave in a warm spot or on low heat to keep in liquid state.
