Since a small break from FYS has turned into an unscheduled 😉 hiatus, I wanted to say HI! and let you know I’m still alive and eating healthy. This month has turned into a time of reflection and I’m content with that and the break it has provided. I hope you all are doing well and enjoying time with your loved ones.
