While I get 2 other posts done (one about my recent purchase of olive oil/vinegars and the other about our delicious vegan mole enchiladas from last night), I’ll leave you with this simple but exotic idea for fresh summer fruit languidly lounging in 2 different and unique balsamic vinegars.
I don’t know if it’s common to put vinegar on fruit as I haven’t googled it, but I just did and it is pure summer refreshment! I mean if people put 18 year old balsamic over ice cream (true story) then a vinegar I find heavenly straight from the tap must be just as amazing over fresh cut summer fruit. Me thinks.
Because I was unable to choose between my newly acquired coconut white balsamic and the cinnamon pear balsamic…I chose BOTH!
Between the 2 bowls you’ll find 1 mango, 2 nectarines, and 10 pitted cherries. I then put a 1/2 oz of cinnamon pear balsamic over the bowl shown on the bottom and 1/4 oz of the coconut white balsamic in the bowl shown on the top.
Verdict? Refreshing and delicious! Especially after a sweaty 2 mile walk 🙂
I highly recommend…and what is the strangest way you’ve eaten vinegar? Besides this, doing the Bragg apple cider vinegar drinks, which to me are no longer so strange.
XOXO
