A sweet diversion for your afternoon snacking and a reminder to grab something from nature. So head to the produce section first, on your next grocery store heist.

I used fun chop sticks to get my snack on. Not only does it feel sophisticated to use them but they allow you to slow down while eating and be more conscious or ‘in the moment’, giving you time to savor and enjoy as your body revels in it’s latest gift. Using chopsticks for a simple snack will also give you practice for when you use them in public, aka sushi chow down.
