We were planning on using our newly acquired Zipcar membership to go out to Multnomah Falls, but Jeremy is going to get some work done and I am going to read, eat leftovers and later work out.
I am embarrassed to say that I’ve had Hunger Games checked out for almost a month and it was due yesterday, with me being only 13 pages in. Since I’m dedicated to only pay one day worth’s of fines I’m pretty sure I can get through this today.
Since I will be reading and staying as far away from our growing pile of dishes that need to be hand washed, I will eat leftovers and fresh fruit. 🙂
And a workout later because I’ve been keeping up with those since the end of January with maybe 1 rest day a week (workouts do not include the walking we do around town being car-less). I’ve been doing a mix of elliptical and run/walking for cardio, usually 30-40 minutes. I feel really good and am amazed at what 2 weeks of running walking does for me mentally and physically. I make sure to do lots of calve and hamstring stretches, especially the calves which alleviate any plantar pain almost immediately.
When it comes to strength training I’ve been very good doing this routine every other day with some skimble app workouts mixed in between. At the end of the month I’m going to come up with a new routine and follow that through the end of March. Having it written down really seems to help my A.D.D. when it comes to weights.
