Super easy snack when you want to try something different. Tahini is ‘like’ sesame seed butter. The grinding of these teeny little seeds makes all their vitamin and minerals even more available to your body for absorption and digestion. Things your body will love, the slew of B vitamins they offer as well as calcium. If you eat all of this dip, you will get 15% of your daily Iron requirements.
Instructions:
- Take 2 tablespoons of tahini and mix in 1 tablespoon of unsulfured molasses.
- Dip fruit or veg into this. We used apple but feel free to try whatever you have on hand.
