- 1 English Cucumber, spiralized + onion + dressing (miso, rice wine vinegar, tamari, agave)
Dinner:
- Stir Fry: spinach, sweet potato, kale, ginger, garlic, onion, Trader Joe’s rice blend, broccoli with a marinade of sesame oil, tamari, rice wine vinegar, and juice of 1/2 lemon.
Snacks:
- grapefruit
- orange
- apple
Supplements:
- kelp, Omega-3 fish oil, B12, chlorella, royal jelly, atragalus
Water:
- at least 64 oz (need to do better)
