Breakfast:
- Green Smoothie: 3 bananas, 2 oranges, LOTS of kale, and 2 cups of water
Snack:
- flax seed crackers with natural peanut butter (quite a few of these throughout the day)
- TJ Wasabi flavored toasted seaweed snacks
Dinner:
- 1/2 Ramagarden dish from a Thai resteraunt (tofu, steamed veggies, and peanut sauce on the side – extra spicy)
Beverages:
- Water
- Breakfast tea
- 1 Snowy Day beer
