Breakfast:
- TJ organic plain low-fat yogurt with sliced banana, home dehydrated pineapple, crumbled flax cracker, and a little honey
- Supplements: 1 – plant enzyme, 1 – 1200mg fish oil, 2 – Vitamin Shoppe ‘From the Earth’ VegiCapsule
Lunch:
- Big Green Salad (I at 3/4 of it – J ate the rest later)
- Baby Spinach
- Baby Arugula
- Semi Sun-dried tomatoes
- cucumber
- 1/2 small avocado
- leftover broccoli/chickpea tahini thing
- Bragg sprinkle seasoning
- Dressing: Balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil
Dinner:
- Bowl of a friend’s homemade turkey chili w/ginger
Snacks:
- orange
Beverages:
- 18 oz water upon waking
- 8 oz green tea
- 15 oz water
- 16 oz water
