Breakfast:

  • TJ organic plain low-fat yogurt with sliced banana, home dehydrated pineapple, crumbled flax cracker, and a little honey
  • Supplements: 1 – plant enzyme, 1 – 1200mg fish oil, 2 – Vitamin Shoppe ‘From the Earth’ VegiCapsule

Lunch:

  • Big Green Salad (I at 3/4 of it – J ate the rest later)
    • Baby Spinach
    • Baby Arugula
    • Semi Sun-dried tomatoes
    • cucumber
    • 1/2 small avocado
    • leftover broccoli/chickpea tahini thing
    • Bragg sprinkle seasoning
    • Dressing: Balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil
Dinner:
  • Bowl of a friend’s homemade turkey chili w/ginger

Snacks:

  • orange

Beverages:

  • 18 oz water upon waking
  • 8 oz green tea
  • 15 oz water
  • 16 oz water
