Breakfast:

  • Vega Vanilla Almond Shake & Go Smoothie mixed with 1 frozen banana and almond milk
  • 1 red grapefruit

 

Lunch:

  • Big Green Salad
    • Baby Spinach
    • Baby Arugula
    • Broccoli
    • Semi Sun-dried tomatoes
    • red onion
    • cucumber
    • Trader Joe’s roasted salted pepitas
    • Red Star Nutritional Yeast
    • Bragg sprinkle seasoning
    • Dressing: Balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil
  • Supplements:
    • 2 – 1200mg fish oil pills
    • 2 – Vitamin Shoppe ‘From the Earth’ VegiCapsules
    • 1 – plant enzyme

Dinner:

  • 1 serving Amy’s Organics Tuscan bean and rice soup
  • Steamed broccoli with chick peas and a light sauce made out of tahini, garlic, toasted sesame oil, tamari, and cayenne

Snacks:

  • serving of Trader Joe’s omega trax trail mix
  • 2 flax seed crackers with TJ cookie butter
  • flax seed crackers
  • Supplements: 2 – Vitamin Shoppe ‘From the Earth’ VegiCapsules

Beverages:

  • 48 oz of water
