Raw Vegan Parmesan Cheese

Super easy. Cashews. Salt. Garlic. Process to bits. Cute container for storage. Fin.

How to:

  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Process to small bits in food processor or personal blender and place in sealed container for storing in the refrigerator. Will keep for a couple months. Keep it for sprinkling on salads, pasta, or wraps!
