This is how I have my cake and eat it too. I don’t like the phrase, but I’m going to use it here anyway. If you’re going to have cake, why aren’t you going to eat it? Some one can explain, if they want. Anyway…when I say I’m a high raw eater this is a small example of what I mean.
I don’t know if you can tell from the photo but this is a small to medium size plate that is brimming with English cucumbers, baby bok choy, salsa, and a few tortilla chips. This is my balance. The bbc is so good dipped in salsa and guacamole. Have you ever had baby bok choy? Here’s a pic of all the bok choys; from left to right – baby bok choy, Bokchoy and Shanghai bok choy.

The chips are delicious and so are the veggies and they all work as great vessels to carry salsa back to my mouth. 🙂
When we (I) do buy chips – our favorite kinds to buy have 4 ingredients: corn, oil, salt, and lime. It’s simple enough for a processed food.
