So yummy! If you haven’t tried cilantro in a smoothie, you must, it is delicious.
This entire smoothie, over 44oz, consists of:
576 calories – 20g Fiber – 11g Protein – 3g Fat – 52% Vitamin A – 515% Vitamin C – 24% Calcium – 31% Iron – 31% Vitamin B1 – 37% Vitamin B2 – 31% Vitamin B3 – 24% Vitamin B5 – 90% Vitamin B6 – 110% Folate – 32% Vitamin E – 751% Vitamin K – 56% Copper – 54% Magnesium – 198% Manganese – 71% Potassium – 12% Zinc
Ingredients
- 1/4-1/2 of a pineapple
- 2 bananas
- 1 big lime, peeled
- 1 mango
- spinach, as much as you can shove in and/or tolerate
- cilantro, as much as you can shove in and/or tolerate
- water
Instructions
- Add ingredients to your blender and blend baby blend!
Notes
With the blendtec, I can just shove in whole or halved pieces of fruit, but if you have a regular blender just give things a chop first.
I’m not sure how much water I used, but I add it after the fruit is in the container until one of the upper lines on the jar. :)
